Created in 2021 by Catherine and Jérôme Cubélès, Optinomia was born from a simple conviction: support only makes sense if it helps to regain autonomy.
With more than 30 years of experience in industrial, technological and human environments, we have built a pragmatic and human approach to coaching, focused on the right time: intervening where necessary, no more, no less.

Co-founder & ICF Certified Coach
With a background in production management, automation and 3D mechanics, Catherine has spent more than 27 years in major groups in the aeronautics sector (MT-Aerospace, Dassault, Airbus).
Her international career has taken her between the United States, Germany and Colombia, holding strategic positions in industrial project management, standardization and digitalization. In 2021, she founded OPTINOMIA SAS with Jérôme Cubeles.
Since then, she has specialized in the study of personality profiles through MBTI® and Leonardo345® certifications, in order to develop a unique approach "management in conscience".
With a Master's degree in Coach and Trainer (RNCP) and ICF certified, Catherine now supportsmanagers and teams in building balanced, efficient and human work environments.
Locally engaged, she is also a citizen reservist with the Military Delegation of Haute-Garonne and a member of the Economic Group.
She supports clients in French, English, Spanish and German. 🇫🇷 🇬🇧 🇪🇸 🇩🇪
